Description :  
Close coupled vertical multistage pump with stainless steel parts which be driven by a standard TEFC motor, discharge and suction in the same line.
Single phase motor up to 2.2kw, Class F and IP55 are standard.
Standard supply for liquid temperature up to 70℃, high temperature pump are available on request.
Mechanical seal is Tungsten Carbide/Graphite, other material is available on request

Specification and Application
CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump,which is driven by a standard electric motor.The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling.The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and in-and outlet section with tie-bar bolts.The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane.This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running,out-of-phase and overload.

Torishima CFHV Vertical Centrifugal Volute Pump

Description

The Torishima CFHV is a vertical centrifugal volute pump,
mainly used as a booster pump in RO Desalination plant with Pressure Exchanger System.
The pump is such designed that it can take a high suction pressure coming from pressure exchanger in terms of pressure component and seal design. The thrust bearing is also designed to take a high axial thrust load due to high suction pressure.
The material of major components such as impeller, casing and shaft are made of Duplex or Super Duplex for seawater application.
The vertical mounting arrangement, which motor is mounted directly on the pump casing, gives advantage of saving an installation space in the plant compared to horizontal mounting.

CDKTV Vertical double-suction pump with canister

Description

The TORISHIMA CDKTV is a vertical double-suction pump with canister. It is mainly applied for brine recirculation pumps in seawater desalination plants and hot well pumps in geothermal power plants.

The hydraulic design of the double-suction impeller is optimized to obtain high efficiency whilst keeping the volute casing size and canister inside diameter minimum. Also lower NPSH3 allows higher operating speed compared to conventional single-suction vertical pumps.

This optimized design provides minimized power consumption, plus smaller canister in length and diameter which contribute to reduce the cost of excavation / installation.
Multistage design for higher head is available on cutomers requirement.

MMTV - Vertical Multi-Stage Pump with Barrel, using a high pressure vertical barrel centrifugal pump often presents advantages and ensures trouble-free operation, in those cases where the physical layout of the plant precludes the installation of the receiver vessel at a sufficient height to ensure adequate suction head for the pump under all operation conditions. This applies particulary in the case of condensers in power stations. The barrel of the pumps serves as a pit, and by adding the required length of rising main, the pump can be installed at any depth desired.

APPLICATIONS
Pumping hot water and condensate in power stations, especially in cases where the suction head is restricted.

CONSTRUCTION
Vertical pump, single or multi-stage, radially split suction, intermediate and discharge casing : casing clamped together by tiebolts. The motor stool is flanged onto the barrel, which is under suction pressure. The motor stool incorporates the thrust bearing, the shaft seal, the coupling, and also supports the motor.

Description

The Torishima MMTV is a vertical mixed-flow multistage pump with canister, mainly applied as a condensate pump in power plants.

The high pressure vertical canister pump presents significant advantage inthose cases where limited suction head is available. This applies particularly in the case of condensers in power stations, desalination plants and other pipeline pumping applications. The canister serves as a suction receiver, and
by adding the length to the canister / pump, advantage suction head can be provided to ensure trouble-free operation.
