Description :  
Close coupled vertical multistage pump with stainless steel parts which be driven by a standard TEFC motor, discharge and suction in the same line.
Single phase motor up to 2.2kw, Class F and IP55 are standard.
Standard supply for liquid temperature up to 70℃, high temperature pump are available on request.
Mechanical seal is Tungsten Carbide/Graphite, other material is available on request

Specification and Application
CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump,which is driven by a standard electric motor.The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling.The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and in-and outlet section with tie-bar bolts.The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane.This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running,out-of-phase and overload.

CDL/CDLF is a kind of multifunctional products.It can be used to convey various medium from tap water to industrial liquid at different temperature and with different flow rate and pressure.CDL type is applicable to conveying non-corrosive liquid,While CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.

DEFINITION AND USE OF BOOSTER PUMP SETS

In situations in which a municipal water mains is lacking or insufficient for the proper operation of the services, one must install a booster pump set to provide acceptable pressure and flow rates to even in the most unfavorable services. Booster pump sets are used wherever there is a need to increase the pressure, or to pressurize a water circuit. EBARA booster pump sets are small automatic systems with 2 or more pumps operating in parallel, designed to provide a simple and reliable solution to the most common requirements for maintenance of water supply pressure for apartment buildings, hotels, centers, offices and schools as well as providing auxiliary service in industrial and agricultural applications. They stand out for their robust construction, compact size, excellent efficiency and silent operation

Constant SpeedWhen water is demanded, it is drawn from the tank. This demand of water resulting the pressure drop in the system, when pressure drops to the set pressure, pressure switch trips and start the first Pump. If the pump’s flow rate is lower than demand, the circuit pressure will continue to drop until it trips the pressure switch, thus starting the second pump. When water consumption reduces, the system pressure rises, thus opening the pressure switches sequentially and shutting off the pumps one by one.

Variable Speed with one common VFDWhen water is demanded, it is drawn from the tank. This demand of water resulting the pressure drop in the system, when pressure drops to the set pressure, first pump starts and the speed is controlled through inverter. If the pump’s flow rate is lower than demand, the circuit pressure will continue to drop and the system responds by increasing the pump’s speed. If first pump reaches its maximum speed and demand is still in excess of its delivery, second pump will start at maximum speed. The speed of first pump is immediately adjusted so as to establish the operating pressure. If the system pressure even drops further, the first pump is once again running at maximum speed, the third pump will be started and so on for all pumps in the unit.If the water demand is reduced, the system pressure tends to increase resulting in the reduction of speed of first pump to maintain the operating system pressure. At this point, one of the pump which is running at maximum speed will be stopped, while speed of first pump will be adjusted to maintain the system pressure. The adoption of pumps with these characteristics eliminates, even in case of breaks, hazardous leaks and the need for openings on the bottom of the basins or tanks, allowing the absolutely safe pumping of chemical substances.
